Our Story
The Shepherd's Staff grew out of a real need — a pastor who couldn't find church management software built for how Reformed congregations actually worship and govern themselves.
I'm a pastor in a confessional Reformed congregation, and for years I cobbled together spreadsheets, word processors, and generic apps to manage worship planning, membership, and care. Nothing fit. Nothing I found was built for how Reformed churches actually worship or govern themselves. No software understood the BCO, the session, or the rhythm of Lord's Day worship. So I built The Shepherd's Staff — not as a side project, but as the tool I needed to actually serve my congregation well.
